General guidance

Small-room class staging for Orlando

A small room here works better when staging is boring: bags gathered, boards dry, a clear path to the door. Planning notes, not a store.

Staging

Clear the entry. Keep wet and dry piles apart. Have a towel ready when clouds roll in.

Holding work

Finish outdoor demos before the afternoon build-up when you can. Long open piles invite humidity and clutter.

Traffic and bags

In a small Orlando room, bags by the door create a bottleneck when everyone arrives damp. Assign one dry shelf and one wet-drop zone before the session starts.

Label shared supplies once and put them back the same way. Humidity makes loose piles harder to sort later in the day.
